Kia ora, lovely to see you here. My name is Rosie, I am a young and bright photographer from Pōneke, Aotearoa | Wellington, New Zealand.
Being born and raised at the foot of the Remutaka ranges, I have always been fascinated by shape and colour and contrast, which has developed as I have grown into a sharp eye and strong vision. I love capturing the soul of the subject - whether it be the sparkle in someone's eye as they laugh, the shadows in an expression of deep focus, or even just the way that the sunlight dances on water. I have experience in event, portrait, and sports photography, as well as being incredibly privileged to be there to showcase some incredible leaders rallying for change in the streets.
I believe that life is incredibly rich in both its light and shadow. And it is both an honour and a blessing to tell these stories through art.
